1. Can I place an order off line?

YES!!  It’s easy. Simply E mail us at plusandsupersizeclothing@gmail.com or call

 1-954-478-8856 and we will be happy to assist you. 

You may also print out the order form, complete, and mail it back to us at:

2. What size should I order?

Please take a moment and refer to our size chart. If you still require additional assistance, our professionally trained fashion consultant who is well versed in the Myles Ahead clothing line will work very closely with you to see that you get the best fit.

3. When will my order ship  We usually ship within 2-10 business days, of course we try to ship as quickly as possible. From time to time we customize orders that may take slightly longer. We will email, or call you if there are any delays or if we have any questions with your order. If you need something by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind, we ship Monday thru Friday. 

4. What if I do not have a credit card?

Myles Ahead accepts alternate forms of payment. Simply print out the order form and send it with a check or money order payable to Myles Ahead.

5. Do you have a Lay Away plan?

Yes! Given the uniqueness of everyone’s personal situation, we will put together a payment plan that is comfortable for you. Give us a call at 954 478-8856

6. How can I become a Myles Ahead model?

Myles Ahead believes in showcasing “real clothes for real women”. We are always looking to showcase Beautiful Women, from around the world. Please feel free to submit to us your photo, resume, and why you want to be a Myles Ahead model. Please note that all submissions will become the property of Myles Ahead.

7. How can I find out the status of my order?

When inquiring about the status of your order, please E mail us at orders@mylesahead.com

8. Can I call Myles Ahead using my TTD/TTY machine?

Definitely! Customers with this equipment are encouraged to E mail us at plusandsupersizeclothing@gmail.com or call customer service at 954 478-8856 

9. What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Myles Ahead purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 21 days of receipt. Please contact us for your return number. Your item must be in it's received condition, with the original tags attached. Altered or worn garments may not be returned. Please E mail our customer service department at plusandsupersizeclothing@gmail.com  so we may assist you in returning the item or helping to find the correct item.

10. What if I want to make a change to my order after I hit "submit?"

We really would appreciate it if you can call us right away, at 1.954.478.8856

9. How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an email from us almost immediately with all the information regarding your order.

 

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
We are happy to ship internationally. Please email us at; plusandsupersizeclothing@gmail.com so we can help with your order and sizing. We ship via United States Postal Service. If you require another method other than USPS, please indicate this request when placing your order. Please note; when you place your order, the shipping amount will not be accurate. We will contact you with the correct amount. USPS doesn't always deliver when they promise- please order early if you need an item for a specific date. *Note: Certain areas are limited with insurance. Myles Ahead makes every effort to protect you. If the insurance only goes up to a certain amount Myles Ahead cannot be responsible for the balance.

11. DUTY & CUSTOMS
All applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes or brokerage fees and customs clearance are the responsibility of the package recipient. Myles Ahead is not responsible for additional shipping fees, nor do we have any control over these charges
